30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of health supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products. This policy exists to ensure the safety and integrity of all products we sell. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Renata directly at healthcoachrenata@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and process your refund once the item is received and inspected.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at healthcoachrenata@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
